1957 Born as the eldest son of the 13th Nakazato Taroemon
1979 Graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Sculpture
1981 Graduated from the same university
1983 Began making pottery at the 13th Taroemon Nakazato Studio
1984 Selected for the first time at the 16th Nitten Exhibition
2000 Received the Minister of Education Award at the 5th Asian Crafts Exhibition
2002 Succeeded to the 14th Taroemon Nakazato
2003 Selected for the 50th Japan Traditional Art Crafts Exhibition "Tapping Karatsu Yakishijitsubo"
2005 Selected for "Karatsu Ido Tea Bowl" at the 52nd Japan Traditional Art Crafts Exhibition
Selected 6 times since then until 2010
2007 Became a regular member of the Japan Kogei Association
2011 Received the Karatsu Municipal Government Distinguished Service Award and received the Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon.
