About payment method
Payment can be made by credit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or postal transfer.

Please pay the total amount of payment directly to the delivery person when the product arrives.
The following COD fee will be charged for each transaction according to the COD amount.

Regarding delivery
If you pay by credit card or cash on delivery, we will ship within 3 days after confirming the order.
If you pay by bank transfer or postal transfer, we will ship within 3 days after payment is confirmed.
The ordered products will be delivered in about one week after the order is placed.
Delivery may be delayed due to the concentration of orders or depending on the area where the customer lives. Please note.
We will contact you if there is a delay in shipment due to lack of inventory, sold out, etc.
Members must enter their ID and password when purchasing products.
If you are not a member (those who do not have a member ID and password), we recommend registering as a member.

About returns and cancellations
In the case of a return due to customer's convenience , please contact us by email or phone within 7 days after the product arrives. Please send it back to us at your expense.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used for more than 7 days after arrival, items that have been used by the customer, items that have been accidentally damaged by the customer, etc.
If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered <br>In the unlikely event that the product you received is damaged, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days after arrival.
Our shop will pay for the shipping fee.
