1968年 佐賀県有田町生まれ。旧名・浩。伊万里高校卒業後、多摩美術大絵画学科へ進む。
1994年 大学中退後、十四代に師事。
2013年 重要無形文化財保持団体（柿右衛門製陶技術保存会）会長に就任。同2月、十五代を襲名する。
