This vase, with a beautiful rose design, is the latest work by the 15th generation Sakaida Kakiemon, a famous Arita ware potter, and is a masterpiece that beautifully expresses outstanding technique and artistry. It allows you to fully experience the charm of Arita ware.

"Nigorite" refers to a milky white dough, and is different from works fired in ordinary kilns. The Nigorite technique is a special technique that uses a special white dough, and is only allowed for works by artists of the Sakaida Kakiemon family.

This vase was custom-made at the direct request of the owner of Ichibankan, Sakaida Kakiemon XV. The rose design was specifically requested, and it took about six months to complete. For this reason, this piece is extremely valuable and difficult to obtain, making it a particularly popular item. His other works are also popular with many pottery enthusiasts and collectors for their beauty and rarity.
