Born in Arita Town, Saga Prefecture in 1929
1958? Selected and awarded at the Saga Prefectural Exhibition, the Governor's Award, the Art Association Award, and other awards. Exhibited at the Prefectural Selection Exhibition twice.
1963? Consecutively selected for the Issuikai Ceramic Art Club, Issuikai Award, Member's Award
1967 Kyushu Yamaguchi Ceramics Exhibition, Minister of Education Encouragement Award twice
From March 1969, he taught pottery as a visiting professor at the Pennsylvania State University Department of Fine Arts for five months, and traveled to the United States to teach four times until 1951.
1971-2000: Selected for the Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition, and invited to exhibit at the same exhibitions in Canada, the United States, and South America.
1979 Minister of Labor Award as a Modern Master Craftsman
1983-2017 Traveled to the United States 17 times to teach art at the School of Fine Arts, New Mexico State University
1986: Friendship visit to Jingdezhen, China, European art tour, etc.
