[Ceramic history]

  • 1974 Born in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture.
    After graduating from Musashino Art University, Department of Japanese Painting, entered Saga Prefectural Arita College of Ceramics.
    Studied under traditional craftsman Mr. Kazumi Hideshima and Riso Kiln Mr. Shinji Terauchi.
  • 2001 Opened kiln in Kawagoe.
    After four years of hiatus, he resumed pottery production in 2013.
