1998 Received the Saga Bank Cultural Foundation New Face Award Received the Japan Traditional Art Crafts Exhibition Crafts Association Chairman's Award Received the Saga Newspaper Cultural Award Encouragement Award
2012 (Heisei 24) Received the Japan Ceramic Society Award recommended by the secretary general of the Japan Kogei Association Western Branch
2014 (Heisei 28) Appointed as chairman of the Arita Ceramic Art Association Certified as a holder of important intangible cultural property "color painting porcelain" (Living National Treasure)
